University of Manufacturing Training Program
University of Manufacturing is our technician onboarding system which includes 8 weeks of training to better enable new employees to contribute from day 1. Training topics include P&G policies & systems, safety & quality, mechanical, electrical, & digital processes, problem solving, autonomous maintenance, and positional training.
