Unlike traditional onboarding, which lasts only one week and covers basic policies and tours, our program includes:

  • Comprehensive training on P&G and HR policies
  • Shadowing on the floor
  • Technical, digital, and manufacturing skills
  • Positional training with a coach
  • People skills and High-Performance Organization (HPO) training
  • Bi-weekly performance reviews with pass/fail assessments.

Our goal is to ensure that every graduate is "Ready to contribute on Day 1" and is prepared to springboard into future leadership roles.
