What is the University of Manufacturing?
Unlike traditional onboarding, which lasts only one week and covers basic policies and tours, our program includes:
- Comprehensive training on P&G and HR policies
- Shadowing on the floor
- Technical, digital, and manufacturing skills
- Positional training with a coach
- People skills and High-Performance Organization (HPO) training
- Bi-weekly performance reviews with pass/fail assessments.

The University of Manufacturing program is designed to equip you with the technical and problem-solving skills to contribute to your team from day 1. Topics in the program include P&G policies and benefits, job shadowing with a coach, technical skills (mechanical, electrical, and tools), digital skills, safety and quality standards, autonomous maintenance, and communication skills.
University of Manufacturing covers the first 11 weeks of your career.
University of Manufacturing will teach you the skills needed to be a contributing member of your team from day 1. You will also receive coaching and feedback every step of the way to help better prepare you for when you graduate and are released to your team.
