University of Manufacturing Training Program
University of Manufacturing is our technician onboarding system which includes 11 weeks of training to better enable new employees to contribute from day 1. Training topics include P&G policies & systems, safety & quality, mechanical, electrical, & digital processes, problem solving, autonomous maintenance, and positional training.
Beyond classroom learnings, P&G employees can also benefit from learning from others, including our experienced specialists, managers, and senior leaders.
