Support, communication, and trust runs through everything we do. Strong relationships are forged every day—we spend a lot of time together and it’s a very friendly atmosphere. All work and no play is no fun! We appreciate the hard work of our employees, and as a reward plan multiple events throughout the year; some including: Family Day, Mid-year and annual organization celebrations, Fun Town Splash Town USA, Annual Trunk-or-Treat event, and our annual Winter Gala
GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
P&G Auburn takes pride in their involvement within our local communities. Our site has donated $133,368 to the United Way Foundation in 2025. P&G Auburn also annually supports our community by donating Thanksgiving meals and Christmas presents for families in need. Our plant takes part in our annual Day of Caring event where our 600 employees volunteer their time to help over 20 businesses within our local communities.
