This is an opportunity to be part of a robust and hard-working team delivering the base operational and customisation business at Skelmersdale Distribution Centre. The Quality Management Systems Owner role is a days' role, with working hours of 7am to 3pm.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Site QA leader in ensuring that suitable processes are established and maintained to assure the quality of P&G product shipped from Skelmersdale DC. You will manage the quality system failure process, including supporting and approving investigations, approving Corrective and Preventative Actions and managing timelines for completion. You will support the site QA leader in execution of the site continuous improvement programme and have oversight of day to day operational QA processes.
You will work with the department to manage priorities, develop and execute long term plans and build QA capability across the site.
There is scope to develop extensive systems skills and leadership capability as you continue your progression as part of the P&G Ops team. Are you ready for the challenge?

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Experience of compliance with a quality system
Experience of conducting investigations and assigning corrective and preventative actions
Strong personal accountability & leadership to drive completion of long term plans
Excellent communication within the team/site and externally, both written and verbal
Good Capability with MS Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook and the ability to communicate / share information effectively using these platforms.
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with clarity and calmness when under pressure. You’re able to pre-emptively identify barriers to success, involve the right parties and lead the actions to resolve.
